With Toad Farm Guesthouse, you are renting the entire house.

For peak months (June, July, August), the rate is CDN $150 per night, based on double occupancy of the master bedroom. Any additional guests are $10.00 per person (doesn’t include use of our baby mattress, that’s free).

Rate during non-peak months is $140 per night, additional guests $10.00 per person.

In addition to the rental rate we charge a cleaning fee of $60 per booking. We also need to charge GST on the total.

In order to secure your reservation we require a 50% deposit.  This can be done in two ways.  If you prefer Paypal, We  will send you an invoice through Paypal, and you simply follow the easy instructions to send the deposit.

If you are familiar with E-transact, this is also a simple, easy way to make your deposit. Just go to your bank online, open your account and hit the tab that says “Payments” or “Pay Bills”. You should find E-transact option there. Just follow the simple instructions. Also email me separately your choice of the Password. It will be processed and a receipt sent to you.

Check In/Out:

  • Check In Time:     After 4 p.m.
  • Check out Time:  By 11 a.m.

Depending on ferry and air schedules, and other customer bookings, we can be flexible regarding times.

Note:  It’s good to confirm by email or phone your expected arrival time.  With ferry and plane schedules, arrival time is usually predictable (and we keep an eye on whether your flight or sailing is delayed).
